Senator Ovie Omo-Agege (APC,Delta) today appeared at the Senate plenary following a Federal High Court judgement that nullified his suspension.

Omo-Agege who was suspended on April 12, this year over his comment that the reordered election sequence was targeted at President Muhammadu Buhari arrived the Senate 10.20am

Omo-Agege after signing the attendance register left. On April 18, he was at the Senate chamber but his coming witnessed the invasion of the chamber by suspected thugs.

He is expected to appear before a panel probing the invasion of the Senate today.
