Babangida’s former spokesman, Duro Onabule, dies at 83
DURO Onabule, veteran journalist and former spokesman to ex-military President, Ibrahim Babangida, has died.
Onabule died yesterday at 83, hours before Babangida clocks 81.
A close friend of Onabule’s family Eric Teniola disclosed his death, reports The Guardian.
Onabule was the national editor of National Concord from 1984 to 1985 becoming being appointed chief press secretary to Babangida.
The cause of his death was unknown as of press time.
