After an alleged attempt to arrest her, Nollywood actress Queeneth Hilbert has sued her coworker Destiny Etiko and Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kayode Egbetokun.
Recall that in a social media video, the actress accused Destiny of robbing her wealthy boyfriend. She threatened to bash Etiko up if she went to the capital of Delta state, Asaba.
After Etiko unfollowed her on social media, Hilbert threatened her.
Etiko fled Asaba for Lagos out of terror after the betrayal trail finally caught up with her, according to Hilbert, who was furious about the news.
She bemoaned the fact that Etiko had stolen her lover and the men of her coworkers who were funding their extravagant lifestyle.
In a ₦100 million petition against Queeneth, Destiny, through her attorneys, responded on her Instagram profile on Saturday, March 9, 2025, and asked her to remove all defamatory posts about her from all social media sites.
Additionally, Destiny said that the accusations were untrue and a ruse to damage and discredit her.

Additionally, the movie star begged Queeneth to stop releasing discriminatory content and refraining from making any more false or defamatory remarks against her.
Queeneth responded by bringing a fundamental human rights case before Lagos State’s Federal High Court.
Hilbert claimed in the March 10, 2025, complaint that Destiny Etiko had pushed the Nigerian police to try to arrest her.
The actress requested protection against being arrested, detained, or questioned in connection with the video she uploaded to her Instagram page on March 7, calling the police attempt an illegal, unlawful, and egregious breach of her fundamental rights.
In addition, Queeneth demands ₦100 million in damages for the illegal invasion.
