Nigeria: Cybersecurity Professional Faces Arrest Over Unauthorized Website Access, IP Infringement

Nigeria’s Police Cybercrime Unit has arrested John Ebinyi Odey, the owner of Redhound Consulting (also called Stodachon) and a former employee of Forward Edge Consulting Ltd.
Serious allegations against Odey, such as system meddling and intellectual property theft, have generated a great deal of worry and discussion among Nigeria’s legal and tech communities.
