Eight inmates have secured release from the Nigerian Correctional Facility in Ogwashi-Uku Custodial Centre, Delta State.Their release followed the intervention of the Chief Victor Uwajeh Foundation, which fulfilled their bail conditions.

According to him, the release of the eight inmates was deliberately chosen as a takeoff initiative.
Addressing the freed inmates, Odi-Okoh advised them to shun violence, embrace positive values, and focus on rebuilding their lives.
