‘Peter Obi Is Headed in the Wrong Direction to Win Election’ – APC Lawmaker

Clement Jimbo, the member of the House of Representatives who represents the Abak/Etim Ekpo/Ika federal district, has claimed that Peter Obi, the previous Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, is incapable of winning any elections in Nigeria.

Jimbo reportedly discussed Peter Obi’s partnership with the African Democratic Congress (ADC) coalition in an interview with Cable News.

He claims Peter Obi is working to prevent him from winning any Nigerian elections, pointing to his history of defections and his incapacity to remain in one political party long enough to develop and solidify.

He reiterated that Peter Obi is merely making noise and cannot win any elections, arguing that many of his fans only exist online and are unaware of their polling place.

“APC is not afraid of anyone, and I say this as a matter of fact,” he remarked. In biology class, we learned that living things move and grow, and I’ll use that concept here. You brought up Peter Obi, so let me speak about that specifically.

“Peter Obi has been on the go. Does that tell you anything? That he is still alive. But where is he heading? Logically, you will never make it to a flight if you have one to catch at a specific time and you are not heading toward the airport.

Therefore, I can inform you that Mr. Peter Obi is not going in the direction of winning any elections in this country.

“Let me be quite clear. Before settling with ADC, he transitioned from APGA to PDP, then to the Labour Party. In order to develop and solidify his position, he has not remained in one political party. You can guarantee yourself a specific amount of winning % if you know your home’s stability percentage. That’s extremely useful.

“There was no Labour Party agent in my unit in Abak Urban Ward 1, therefore I challenged Peter Obi to identify one on whatever platform. If you are a political personality or a party candidate hoping to win an election, you must have agents spread throughout the more than 8,000 polling places. But he is unable to do so. It indicates that the audience he says he has is suspended in midair.

“Let me also take on Peter Obi and the majority of his social media-active supporters. How many of them are aware of their polling places? Social media isn’t used for elections. What was the number of voters? As a result, they encountered difficulties when the court requested copies of the findings. Peter Obi is just creating noise, then. He is incapable of winning any Nigerian election.

Observe the members of the APC. The northern Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) was led by the late President Muhammadu Buhari. He remained with his party and ran for office three times in a row, both during and outside of the season. He never defected to another political party. He was aware of the dedication and sacrifice required to establish a political party.
