In order to preserve sanity in the profession, Okonkwo, a politician and attorney, has urged the judiciary to firmly follow its ethics and punish any of its members who make mistakes.
When Okonkwo appeared in an interview on Arise Television on Wednesday, he made this request.
He stated that judges should receive training, pointing out that it is essential for them to stay current with existing knowledge.
Once more, retribution is necessary. Evil behavior must continue if you do nothing to stop it. An abomination turns into a culture if it is let to persist for up to a year.
It will be challenging for the bench members to preserve their independence and impartiality as we move into a position where it is becoming cultural for them to freely interact, attend parties, and be so connected to the people of the world.
Every profession has its own ethics and quirks. To discourage others, the bench members must uphold their own moral principles and be prepared to discipline any antisocial behavior among themselves, according to Okonkwo.
