2027: Nigeria Facing Deep Crisis In Party Organizational Politics – Sam Amadi

Sam Amadi, Director of Abuja School of Social and Political Thoughts, says Nigeria is experiencing its worst party organization politics.

Amadi made the statement this Sunday in an interview on Arise Television on a live appearance.

He was reacting to the first round of voting by different political parties around the country ahead of the general elections next year.

“This is the worst we have seen in party organisational politics in Nigeria. We had crises here and there in 2023, but not to this extent.

“We entered the primaries with clarity. PDP was PDP, APC was APC, we didn’t have the confusion we have now.

“The second problem we have now is the change to direct primaries. There are two ways to see it. We are making headway. “At least there’s a process,” he said, “no matter how damaged these processes are.”
