English football league Championship side, Burnley FC have won promotion back to the Premier League.
The Clarets sealed automatic promotion to the first-tier EFL with a 2-1 victory over Middlesbrough on Friday night at the Riverside Stadium.
Ashley Barnes put Vincent Kompany’s men one foot through the Premier League door with a brilliant opener just 12 minutes into the game.

Six minutes later, Connor Roberts grabbed the winner for Burnley to seal their promotion back to the Premier League.
With the win, the Clarets garnered 87 points from 39 games, enough for automatic promotion to top-tier English football.
