Oyo estate developers appoint new chairman

The Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria, Oyo State Chapter, has announced Dr. Muibi Hammed as Chairman of the association.

The association announced the appointment in a statement on Thursday.

In his acceptance speech, the new chairman thanked the association’s national executives for ensuring a transparent, free, and fair election.

He said their commitment to upholding the democratic principles of REDAN was commendable and it sets a strong foundation for the future of the association

“To all the developers who worked tirelessly and supported the transformation team, I extend my deepest thanks

“Your dedication and hard work have been instrumental in our success, and I am grateful for your contributions,” Hammed said.

The new REDAN boss called for collaboration in navigating the affairs of the association in the next four years.

“As we navigate the affairs of our branch over the next four years, we cannot overlook the invaluable role played by the entire team that constitutes the Ibadan Executive,” he added.

Hammed stated that his policy statement would uphold the values of accountability and transparency “in all our endeavours, ensuring that every decision we make is in the best interest of our members and the community we serve”.

According to him, in the coming days, the new executives would present a comprehensive program of deliverables and missions that would guide their actions and priorities during their tenure.

“This roadmap would reflect our commitment to driving positive change and delivering tangible results for our members and the people of Oyo State,” he added.

He beckoned on all developers to come together to deliver affordable housing in collaboration with the government for the good people of Oyo State.

Hammed added that together, the association can make a real difference in the lives of citizens.
