Amaka Obi Supports Idemili-South Children With Educational Materials, Vows Continued Assistance

Dr. (Mrs.) Amaka Obi, the chairman of the Idemili-South Local Government, has once again reaffirmed her dedication to the educational advancement of the local schoolchildren.

This affirmation served as the focal point of the 65th Independence Day celebration, which was held at the council headquarters in Ojoto. Primary and secondary school students performed cultural dances.

Children from less affluent families can now afford education without crying, according to Obi, who emphasized the positive effects of Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo’s free education policy in the state’s government schools. This is because the governor believes that children are the state’s and the nation’s best chance for the future.

Isu Primary School Oba, Ezike Central School Ahuda Nnobi, Community Central School Nnobi, Community Central School Awka-Etiti, Central School Ojoto-Uno, Community Primary School Ojoto-Uno, Umuene Primary School Ojoto, St. Joseph Seminary School Awka-Etiti, Triumphant Cross Secondary School Oba, St. Cordelia’s Nursery and Primary School Ojoto, and Idemili Primary School Nnokwa are just a few of the schools that Obi supplied with school bags, books, writing kits, and other supplies.

Even though she promised the schools greater generosity, she emphasized that the resources were provided to the students and schools at no cost because the government cares, stating that education is a primary goal in her development program.

In addition to working to improve the lives of the people through infrastructure development, youth empowerment, health care delivery, and educational support, she believed that her administration remained dedicated to making sure that the benefits of democracy reached every community, household, and individual in the Idemili-South Local Government Area.

In the meantime, Dr. Tony Ezika, the emeritus chairman of the Idemili-North and Idemili-South Local Government Areas, praised Amaka Obi’s administration, stating that the kids adore her and that she is doing well.

Hon. Valentine Mbadiugha, the deputy leader of the Idemili-South Legislative Council and the councilor for Nnokwa ward, added that Amaka Obi’s transformative leadership is having an impact on every part of Idemili-South, particularly in the Nnokwa community, where she is changing lives through education and other economic sectors.

Amaka Obi’s efforts were also praised by Rev. Fr. Aloysius Okoye, the Director of Information at St. Joseph Seminary School Awka-Etiti. He noted that she has done a lot to guarantee that high-quality education continues to be the standard in all of the schools in the Idemili-South Local Government Area.

Amaka Obi has made a significant impact on Idemili-South’s governance and ensured grassroots development through youth empowerment programs, according to Mrs. Ifeyinwa Agu, a teacher at Central School Nnokwa. She also praised her for providing free educational materials for schoolchildren in the council area, highlighting how her administration has elevated Idemili-South to a global level.

According to Master Chibuike Divine and Miss Chidiebube Ike of Central School Nnokwa, who performed renditions in Igbo, they adore Amaka Obi because she treats kids with such kindness and her devotion to Idemili-South children is undeniable.
