APC chairman-elect tasks royal father on unification of traditional institutions
Mr Cornelius Ojelabi, the Chairman-elect of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, urged the Oniba-Ekun of Iba Kingdom in the state to intensify community unification and traditional institutions on Saturday.
In a message to the royal father, Oba Sulaiman Raji, Asade I, on his first coronation anniversary, Ojelabi made the appeal on Saturday in Lagos.

“I am proud of you because your giant strides on the throne have brought the Iba Kingdom notable peaceful coexistence, unity, physical renewal, social and economic rebirth.
“At the same time, I want to recognize and applaud the role you are playing in uniting the state’s various communities and traditional institutions.”
“I implore you to press forward until all issues are resolved so that we can all live in peace and harmony as one indivisible family,” Ojelabi said.
The chairman-elect prayed to God for protection, good health, knowledge, and wisdom for the royal father.
