Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) presidential candidate, reportedly urged party members to strengthen their ties with the Labour Party, according to PDP chief Osita Chidoka (LP).
Both Peter Obi of the Liberation Party (LP) and Atiku, who finished second and third in the recently held election, have filed legal challenges against Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Both of them asserted victory and cited irregularities in the way results were communicated during the election.

On March 29, Chidoka claimed on social media that Atiku had requested that PDP members deepen their interactions with LP.

He stated, “Atiku Abubakar asked that we deepen our engagement with LP during our meeting at 8 am today.”

The previous aviation minister added that on Wednesday night, he had a meeting at his office with the outgoing governor of Anambra State.

He claims that Peter Obi and Atiku are both working toward improving Nigeria.

In a statement, he stated: “At 6pm, I met with my brother Peter Obi at his campaign office, where he had been since 8am and planned to remain until 10pm.

It’s interesting to see how the former candidates are still actively working toward a better Nigeria.
