In connection with the alleged murder of two police officers, the Lagos State Government re-arraigned convicted millionaire kidnapper Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, also known as Evans, before the Lagos High Court in Ikeja on Monday.

When Evans and his co-defendant Joseph Emeka appeared in court, they were accused of five counts of conspiracy to commit kidnapping, attempted murder, and murder.
