“Buy AK-47s and Learn to Use Them” — Former Governorship Candidate Gbadamosi Tells Nigerians

Babatunde Gbadamosi, a former contender for governor of Lagos State, has challenged Nigerians to arm themselves against terrorism.
According to reports, Nigerians should no longer use age as an excuse, as the politician and real estate developer made clear in a post via 𝕏.

Nigerians should also oppose any attempt to disarm them, Gbadamosi said, stressing that anyone who does so wants them killed.

Greetings, Nigerians, he wrote Protect Yourself. Buy crossbows. Purchase AK-47 weapons. Buy GPMGs. Get RPG Launchers.

“Invest in LAVs; they are produced in Nigeria.” Get some drones.

“Become proficient in their utilization.

Don’t let anyone try to disarm you. They intend to kill you if they try to disarm you.

“Age is no justification. A person’s gender is not an excuse. Religion is never a justification.

“It will be your own fault if you refuse to stop being killed by Fulani Muslim Jihadist Terrorists.” Don’t take your fitness lightly.

Following the country’s insecurity and bandit attacks, Gbadamosi’s advise was given.

The governor of Kwara state, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has promised to bring bandits and kidnappers to justice and said that those responsible for the recent killing of the Oke-Ode community in the Ifelodun Local Government Area will not get away with it.

In the area, gunmen had just ambushed a traditional chief and local vigilantes, killing multiple individuals and instilling dread in the local population.

The governor said he had already informed President Bola Tinubu about the incident in a statement released on Wednesday by his chief press secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye. He also reiterated his request for more federal deployment to secure the border communities in Kwara.

He said that as part of heightened military activities in the state, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 2nd Division had been moved to Ilorin by Army Headquarters.

On Monday night, AbdulRazaq revealed that the Army, DSS, and Police forces began a significant operation along the Kwara-Kogi border near Baba Sango.
