Social media star and entertainer Charles Oputa, better known online as Charly Boy, has criticized Senator Orji Kalu of Abia North for his group’s support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s bid for a second term.
As per reports, Kalu wore an attire with the phrase “Tinubu for President 2027” when he attended Tuesday’s senate session.
Kalu called his outfit a “open endorsement” of President Bola Tinubu’s reelection in an interview with reporters at the National Convention.
May I show you what I’m wearing?” he said. You can identify the dress I’m wearing if you look at it.
This is the president’s support. The Southeast Caucus is completely in favor of it, and my clothing is flawlessly tailored to it.
Others have already adopted the campaign costume, the senator claimed.

According to Kalu, “I’m not the first person wearing it; people are already wearing it.”
Charly Boy called Kalu a clown while posting a photo of the lawmaker on Instagram. He claimed that the politician had gone beyond the bounds of sycophancy.
Observe this clown, he wrote. Sycophancy has been elevated to a Tufiakwa condition by some of these my yeye worthless Igbo brethren. Dia Dads. Criminals abound. Please respond if you can.
