Femi Fani-Kayode, a senior member of the All Progressives Congress, has reacted to the Supreme Court’s decision on President-elect Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima.

According to Fani-Kayode, the ruling shows that the 2023 Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar and his party failed to intimidate or compromise the judges.

He claimed that Atiku’s plan to pervert justice failed.

“Atiku Abubakar and his Peoples Destruction Party’s nonsense case has finally been dismissed at the Supreme Court,” Fani-Kayode tweeted.

“I’m sure he and his team are crying right now because they were unable to pervert the course of justice by intimidating or compromising the Judges.”

“Once again, we have triumphed, and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is victorious.” All praise to God!

“Let us hope that this will put an end to the Obidients’ and Atikulators’ rabid desire for power.”

The Supreme Court dismissed the PDP’s lawsuit seeking Tinubu and Shettima’s disqualification from the 2023 presidential election on Friday.

Shettima’s alleged double nomination was being challenged by the party.

However, the Supreme Court ruled that the PDP’s suit lacked merit.
