Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has defended musician Naira Marley in the face of allegations that he was responsible for the passing of singer Mohbad.
According to reports, Okorie characterized Naira Marley as a quiet, gentle girl who once demonstrated her kindness and support in an Instagram post on Wednesday.
She remembered how, on one of her previous birthdays, he gave her a sizable gift and supported her in a manner that no other person in the entertainment business had.
Okorie clarified that in an industry that she characterized as being full of negativity and jealousy, the support she received from Naira Marley stood out.

She claims that the artist has never displayed violent or confrontational tendencies and is still someone she views as calm and kind.
She stated: “Naira Marley surprised me on one of my birthdays approximately three or four years ago.” I got a lot of money from him. I was surprised. In this evil industry, where you and I know others are envious of you for nothing more than being yourself, being brave, talking, and working so hard, no one has ever given me the support he did. People will only be envious of you.
“Naira Marley treated me too well. He doesn’t even say anything. He doesn’t fight. He doesn’t even say anything. I know the Naira Marley to be a kind person.
