GUNMEN have kidnapped the elder brother of the Aecretary to Katsina State Government.
Kabir Muhammed, brother of the Katsina SSG Mustapha Muhammed, was taken captive by gunmen on Wednesday while he was working on his farm in Daftau Village, Danmusa Local Government Area of the state.
He was traced to the farm when neighbours discovered he was not participating in early morning prayers.

The victim is believed to be in his late 70s.
Spokesman for the SSG Kabir Yardua confirmed the incident.
He added that the gunmen had yet to contact the family as of last night.
