Ikpilogwu Youth’s Development Association Apa-Agila Pays Congratulatory Visit to Rep. Agbese Philip

In a heartwarming display of community solidarity and appreciation, the Ikpilogwu Youth’s Development Association (IYDA) paid a congratulatory visit to the hometown of esteemed lawmaker, Representative Philip Agbese, yesterday. The visit was aimed at celebrating his outstanding accomplishments and acknowledging his steadfast commitment to the development of Ikpilogwu youths and the broader Apa-Agila community.

Held at the family residence of Rep. Agbese Philip, the gathering drew enthusiastic participation from members of IYDA, community leaders, and well-wishers from across the constituency. The event was marked by an atmosphere of unity, excitement, and pride, as attendees came together to honour the representative’s impactful contributions.

In his speech, the President of IYDA, Mr. Sunday Odang (popularly known as Biology), commended Rep. In response, Rep.
