Usman Ododo, the All Progressive Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Kogi State, has been dubbed as a third-term agenda for the incumbent governor, Yahaya Bello.

Ododo’s counterpart in the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in the November 11 Kogi governorship race, Leke Abejide, made the assertion.

On Tuesday, the Kogi State ADC flag bearer encouraged indigenes of the state in Kwara state to ignore the APC candidate because “Ododo is Governor Bello’s third term agenda.”
“Governor Bello is planning the third term agenda through Ododo’s candidature,” he says. We have it on solid knowledge that Bello has reached an agreement with Ododo under which he will receive a percentage of the state allocation once he leaves office.”

”I will never be ungrateful to you, Kogites,” Abejide declared as he reeled off some of his vows for the inhabitants of his state in Kwara State. You’ve been through a lot in the last eight years, and you’ve been through a lot. “I intend to wipe away your tears.”I strongly advise you to reject Ododo. Allow this election to spark a revolution. Allow it to go one way. To drive them away, utilise your PVC and me as a point of contact.

“I’d like to restructure Kogi.” The election on November 11 is about who can fix the state, and I will fix Kogi.

“I’ll make the roads 18 metres wide.” Allow the FG to choose whether or not to reimburse the state. My joy will be that my people would be able to travel on good roads.”
