A magistrates’ court in Badagry, Lagos State, on Wednesday ordered the remand in prison of a 20-year-old man, Peter Ezekiel, for allegedly abducting and defiling a 14-year-old girl.
The prosecutor told the court that Ezekiel committed the offences in December, 2023, in the Bakery area of Ashipa on the Seme Border contrary to Sections 411, 269, 261, 263 and 411 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
The Magistrate, Patrick Adekomaiya, who did not take the plea of Ezekiel, ordered his remand. (NAN)
