Juliana Olayode, a Nollywood actress, has talked about overcoming sadness and going about her daily life as if nothing had happened.
According to reports, the actress claimed to have been depressed and suicidal for nearly three years in a post on her Instagram site.
Julian claimed that although her entire body was shutting down, despair helped her realize that happiness is a “great medication.”
“I was depressed and suicidal for nearly three years,” she stated. Naturally, I came up each day as though I wasn’t battling or dying on the inside. My entire body was shutting down, and depression made me realize how much of a medication joy is. I gained a lot of weight after being diagnosed with a kind, but it wasn’t as much as the weight I was carrying inside.
“You might minimize what others go through when they are depressed if you have never experienced depression. If you’ve never had suicidal thoughts, you might believe that people who commit suicide are self-centered, but for them, it’s their only way out.
“I love therapy. I also attended therapy, but sometimes you need to go back to your Creator for the ideal solution, and guess what? It is free. There is no cost involved. All you need to do is confide in Him and ask, “Fix me, Lord.”
“I give thanks to God for total recovery and wholeness. I shared this due to the many direct messages I received from folks who were depressed and contemplating suicide.
It’s not over yet! Don’t pay attention to the negative voice in your thoughts. The sun will reappear. Give God all of your suicidal and depressed thoughts. Share everything with him. He is going to assist you. I assure you.
“Dangerous post, I truly sense your presence. Avoid doing it at all costs! Man, mankind, and life all share what you are going through. If it is occurring to you, it is because you are capable of escaping it rather than being consumed by it. You may believe that you lack strength, but you actually possess a great deal of strength and the ability to overcome obstacles and emerge unscathed.
