Ogun Gov Eulogises Late Mother Of Fuji Star, Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, At 7th Day Fidau Prayer

Ogun State governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has eulogied Late (Mrs) Alhaja Halimah Abike Akeredolu Adesanya (Nee Anifowoshe), mother of renowned Fuji musician, Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, a.k.a K1 De Ultimate, describing her as a virtuous woman whose life embodied faith, compassion, and unwavering dedication to the well-being of others.

Governor Abiodun spoke on Friday at a 7th day Islamic Fidau Prayer for the deceased in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State.

Taking to his Facebook page, the Ogun State governor said: “Today, we joined family, friends, and associates to honor the memory of Late Alhaja Halimah Abike Akeredolu Adesanya (Nee Anifowoshe) at the 7th-Day Fidau Prayer held in GRA, Ijebu Ode.

“Alhaja Halimah was a virtuous woman whose life embodied faith, compassion, and unwavering dedication to the well-being of others. She was a devoted Muslim and a matriarch whose influence extended beyond her immediate family to positively impact her community.

“We extend our heartfelt prayers for her soul to find eternal peace in Al-Jannah Firdaus. May Almighty Allah forgive her shortcomings and reward her good deeds abundantly.

“We also pray for strength and divine comfort for her family, especially her children and loved ones, including our dear brother and celebrated music icon, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall. May the Almighty grant them the fortitude to carry on her legacy of kindness and selflessness.

“As we celebrate the impactful life Alhaja Halimah lived, we encourage everyone to emulate her values and contribute to making our communities better for all.

“May her memory continue to inspire us all. 🕊️🕊️🕊️”
