Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s candidate for president in the election on February 25, has just arrived at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal in Abuja.
On Monday, the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal started the pre-hearing phase of all the petitions that various opposition parties had submitted to it in an effort to have Bola Tinubu’s election overturned.

Obi, who finished third in the presidential race, had asked the court to throw out the election on the grounds that Kashim Shettima, the president-elect, and the vice president-elect were ineligible to run.
