The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has mourned the deaths of Nollywood actors, Obinna Nwafor, popularly known as Saint Obi and Murphy Afolabi.
Recall that Saint Obi died May 7, 2023, but his death was made official almost a week after while the death of Afolabi was announced on Sunday.

Mourning the duo via his Twitter handle on Monday, Obi noted that they “were popular faces among the Nollywood circle and they created many fond memories with the perfect interpretation of their roles in movies.”
He said they “contributed to building Nollywood and Nigeria’s entertainment industry.”
He condoled with their immediate family, the Nollywood, and the Actors Guild of Nigeria over the sad occurrence.
