Rev. Dachomo Reveals Boko Haram Has Placed a Bounty on His Head

Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo, a prominent preacher in Plateau State, expressed concern on Thursday over a purported danger to his life from Boko Haram terrorists, saying the group had put a price on his head.

The assertion was made in a widely shared video on Thursday by Dachomo, the regional chairman of the Church of Christ in Nations in Barkin Ladi Local Government Area.

Dachomo claims that the threat came after he frequently publicized footage of murders, mass burials, and attacks on churches, as well as his steadfast opposition to attacks on Christian communities in the Middle Belt.

In the video, he declared, “Boko Haram, the Islamic terrorists, have put a bounty on my head, and anyone who kills me first will be rewarded.”

His Instagram and Facebook accounts were just deleted, according to earlier reports. According to reports, Meta has prohibited him from sharing recordings pertaining to Christian murders on the grounds that they could jeopardize Nigeria’s internal security.

Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo, however, insisted that his case was founded on “credible inside information” rather than rumors.

He claimed in the video that Boko Haram was determined to kill him for drawing attention to what he called “Christian genocide” occurring throughout Plateau State and the Middle Belt.

The cleric insisted that nothing, not even death, would stop him from speaking, claiming that the danger was expected long before he started his advocacy.

“I knew my life would be in danger before I embarked on this journey of exposing Christian genocide in Nigeria and the Plateau, but I do not fear death,” he stated.

In actuality, they will be in greater risk when I die than when I am living.

“Every Nigerian who wants safety and peace is affected by this; it’s not just about me. To combat this terrorism, we require assistance.
