Rufai Oseni, the host of Arise Television’s Morning Show, has criticized Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara for his recent comments after taking office again.
According to Oseni, Fubara has been intimidated and restrained.
“Fubara is celebrating peace of the grave yard, after he has been bullied and subdued,” Oseni said in a post on his X handle on Saturday. Play all of his tapes for him; he claims that peace is preferable to war.
The announcement follows Governor Fubara’s Friday nationwide broadcast in which he asked citizens to consider the lessons learned during President Bola Tinubu’s six-month emergency rule.
“The costliest peace is cheaper than the cheapest war,” the governor said.
In order to protect peace, stability, and advancement in the state, Fubara further asserted that he collaborated with Tinubu’s administration and opposed calls to question the validity of the emergency rule.
