Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, the Olubadan of Ibadanland, has joined his forebears.
According to reports, the leading monarch, who took the throne in July of last year, passed away early on Monday morning after a year in power.

Oba Olakulehin, who was born on July 5, 1935, passed away just two days after his 90th birthday.
On July 12, 2024, he was appointed the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland by Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State.
