Social media has become a thing among Nigerian politicians.

A good number of the country’s top decision makers literally live on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Sometimes all, keeping their fans abreast on happenings around them.

That said, here are five most vibrant who have developed an intimate bond with Twitter.

1 – Shehu Sani
An outspoken Nigerian Senator, Sani is known for banters especially on social media, generating several reactions and deliberations by other users. The controversial writer-cum-journalist throws up public debate on his timeline, serving as a voice of the people. On his verified Twitter handle, he boasts over 700K followers.
2 – Femi Fani-Kayode
Like Sani, Fani-Kayode throws up controversial and insightful statements on Twitter, particularly aimed at the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC).  He is also very active with a total of 795k Followers and practically replies all his followers, using the medium to express his grievances and perceived anomaly towards President Buhari-led administration.
