President Bola Tinubu is “not worried” about the outcome of the Presidential Election Tribunal’s decision on Wednesday, according to Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity Ajuri Ngelale on Monday. Ngelale stated this when he appeared on Seun Okinbaloye’s Channels Television program Politics Today.
“He’s not worried simply because he knows he won the election,” Ngelale remarked.
Tinubu won’t be present when the tribunal issues its historic ruling following weeks of hearings since he will be traveling to New Delhi, India, on Monday night (today) to attend the G-20 conference.
This comes after the court of appeal’s registrar, Umar Bangari, announced that the court had decided to rule on the petitions contesting the election of President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday, September 6.The Independent National Electoral Commission declared Tinubu the winner of the 2023 presidential election on March 1, 2023.
