Seun Confirm, a Nollywood actor, passed away due to severe Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH).
According to reports, on Thursday, August 14, 2025, Jaiye Kuti, Seun’s coworker, posted on her Instagram profile to notify the death.
The movie actress said she was saddened by the death and begged that God would comfort the departed’s family.
“Confirm, Seun,” she wrote. I’m so ooooo kabiyesi olorun, lku omo yin dun mi. Ijinle ife alailenikan iku doro, kabiyesi olorun, kabiyesi olorun. It is terrible to rest in peace.
“Lord, not right now! Odun mi Sa. Odun mi o olorun. Odun, I have a high BPH. Jesu, ama pade lese. Sun ree o. I pray that God will comfort your family.
In other news, following a three-year separation, Nollywood actress Destiny Etiko and her adopted daughter, Chinenye Eucharia, have made amends.
The development was reportedly discovered on August 12, 2025, when Eucharia posted on Instagram that Etiko had started following her again.
She shared a screenshot of the notification with the post, expressing happiness at their rekindled connection.
In a relationship that had been the subject of public criticism since 2022, the reunion represents a sea change.
During a live session at the time, Etiko said that their mother-daughter bond had been damaged by a series of disappointments.
