Omoyele Sowore, the African Action Congress (AAC) presidential candidate in the last election, has slammed the immediate past governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, and other members of the G-5 for their recent meeting with President Bola Tinubu.

Former governors known as the ‘G-String’ of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, met with President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday in Abuja.

In response to the meeting, Sowore called the former governors “Hustlers United” in a tweet on his official account, claiming that “Wike is now dealing with the reality of his wicked and corrupt existence.”

“FROM G-5 TO G-STRING: HUSTLERS UNITED!” reads the tweet. From the ostensibly powerful “G-5” governors to the perforated G-string ex-governors (except for Makinde, who is still a serving governor).

“The hustle is real. @GovWike is now dealing with the reality of his wicked and corrupt existence, just like ex-Abia Gov. Isi-Slippers, and that loudspeaker and Mr. Do-Nothing from Benue who used “Fulani” as an excuse to never get anything done, including paying his workers’ salaries.” Like the French Bourbons, “they had learned nothing and forgotten nothing.” [sic].
