Salvation Ministry Pastor Ibiyomie has discussed how Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister Nyesom Wike allegedly received spiritual assistance to become governor of Rivers State.
Ibiyomie said that Wike met him just before he was going to lose his election in court as he was giving a sermon at the church’s headquarters in Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers State.
The pastor stated in a widely circulated video clip that “Wike lost in the High Court, lost in the Appeal Court, and judgement was already passed in the Supreme Court against him not to be governor.”
“He was trembling when I called him when I was in Israel, but I reassured him not to be afraid.
He answered, “Papa, I believe you; he was in the PDP and the APC was in power and we were doing five nights of Glory,” when I promised him that God would intervene. Wike approached me following the show on Tuesday; the verdict was scheduled to be made public on Friday.
“Even if the verdict is against you, I order it to be reversed,” I informed him. Because he was a member of the opposition party at the time, he never had money.
“Papa, I knew this is God,” he said when everything went his way. During his Thanksgiving, I was the only priest invited.
Additionally, Pastor Ibiyomie asserted that Wike visited with him when it appeared nearly impossible for him to win reelection.
“The second time he came, he was going to lose the election,” he declared. Someone approached me and said, “You prayed for Wike, we will see how he wins,” after they had already planned how to make him lose.
“I made a covenant with God while Mike was trembling. I didn’t inform Wike that I had given millions to God on his behalf.
He said, “I said Lord, not for his sake but for my sake.”
