Felix Morka, the National Publicity Secretary of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), claims the party is unconcerned with attempts to make peace with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
In an interview with Channels Television’s “The Morning Brief” on Thursday, Morka made this claim.
According to him, the APC is solely focused on winning the upcoming general elections in 2027.
“We have no need to be concerned about attempts at reconciliation inside the PDP. That doesn’t worry us. The election is what worries us.
“We are about to hold our national convention. We are concerned about that. We are concerned about putting in a lot of effort to make sure that all that needs to be done is done.
“Reconciliation efforts inside the PDP are not really on our minds. It’s fantastic if they decide to make amends, he remarked.
