King Sunny Ade, a seasoned musician from Nigeria, has apparently vanished.
In a string of photos on her Instagram page on Monday, the singer’s daughter Damilola Esther Adeniyi sounded the alarm.
In addition to voicing worries about her father’s safety and whereabouts, she also voiced worry that he might have been arrested.

Without offering specific proof, Damilola claimed that her stepbrother, who also serves as his manager, and other family members were responsible for his father’s abduction.
Damilola Adeniyi said in her most recent exchange with the musician that her father is being coerced into working under duress.
Damilola Adeniyi declared, “King Sunny Ade has been kidnapped,” and urged the appropriate authorities to look into the claim. In addition to his mother, brothers (Demola and Kenny), and driver Ade, the manager Dayo is also at fault.
