In response to accusations that his wife, Thaylor B, and her friends attacked Queen Akeredolu, an interior decorator and businesswoman, over an alleged infidelity, singer Yhemolee has spoken out.
The controversy reportedly started after a blogger claimed that Akeredolu had been beaten.
In a statement released on Wednesday, Akeredolu said that on September 6, she was invited to a place in Lekki, where Thaylor B, her sister, and three friends beat her.
She claimed that after accusing her of having a relationship with Yhemolee, the group threw belts and other objects at her, tearing her clothing and trashing her possessions, which included a new phone, wig, glasses, and clothes.
Before the claimed incident, Akeredolu clarified, she had previously worked with Thaylor B on a project in June and believed she was meeting for another assignment.
She denied having an affair with Yhemolee and stated that the issue had been brought to the attention of the authorities and her attorneys.
In response, Yhemolee posted a conversation with a buddy on Snapchat on Thursday, describing the scenario as humorous.
Along with a fan message congratulating him on his professional development, he also released a video of himself and his wife outing. He captioned the message with remarks honoring his nine-year career.
“If you go into Cutie Julls’ comment section, you go kpai person,” he wrote. Please, this is just too funny, bro.
