Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, has denied rumors that he had a heart attack while visiting London.
Wike stated that he simply went overseas to rest during his remarks on Thursday at the Arterial Road N1 project’s flag-off, which would connect Wuye District to Ring Road II in Abuja.
There had been recent rumors that Wike had suffered a heart attack and was taken to a hospital in London. Because of his pivotal position in the current developments in Rivers and the FCT, the charges caused worry in political circles.
However, Wike took the opportunity to reassure Abuja citizens that he will fulfill the administration’s program for infrastructure renovation.
“I said, let me go on holiday,” the former governor of Rivers State stated, adding that he had never had time to travel since accepting this position as minister.
I always bring files and CofOs with me when I travel, but this time I promised not to bring any.
“There must be one living before you can please everyone, therefore if the world is going to fall apart, let it fall. They have been waiting for you to arrive for this task we are doing, you know.
You have to make sure that you take breaks and unwind while working since the day you drop, they’ll introduce someone else the next day.
So, as I mentioned, let me go. Before I knew it, I had heard that they had a heart attack and that they were ill. Their heart attack will continue to be facilitated by God.
“I pray that I will sign their condolences.” In the near future, I hope to write a letter apologizing for our love for him, but encouraging him to know that God is the one who has taken and God is the one who gives.
We use politics in everything, as you can see from the state of this nation. I don’t know how someone can sit down and write anything they want, and yet we all enjoy reading it on social media, even if they saw me in a hospital or somewhere else.
When someone posts on social media that the president is a criminal, nothing will happen in our country. You are fortunate to have a president who upholds the rule of law; your good fortune will only grow.
