Oyetola Declares APC Will Reclaim Osun in 2026 Governorship Election

Recipients of the week-long charity initiative started by Opeyemi David Falegan have thanked Hon. Opeyemi Falegan, the program’s founder.

Throughout the state’s 16 Local Government districts, dozens of market women, craftsmen, and civil servants received free cooking gas, cash presents, and food items.

At the program’s 2025 grand finale, which was held at six different sites in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, they offered their commendations.

They also praised him for improving the lives of others and the Ekiti people, particularly during this difficult economic time.

Oni Olanipekun, Ms. Oladele Jumoke, Chief Ajayi Adedayo, and Dapo Kolawole were among the recipients who expressed gratitude to Falegan for his numerous initiatives that attempted to lessen societal suffering.

Falegan was also urged by David Thomas, Abiodun Ayokunle, and Fakunle Lekan to urge the donor to enter politics in order to increase his influence.

They claimed that people would appreciate Falegan’s kindness more if he had a position of authority.

They claimed that Falegan’s act of kindness demonstrated his capacity to improve the lives of the Ekiti people.

Falegan thanked God Almighty in his speech for ensuring that the week’s events went smoothly. “The enormous turnout and the encomium that the civil servants in Ekiti showered me with have greatly overwhelmed me,” he remarked. Additionally, he pledged to continue the sporadic intervention.

Falegan took use of the opportunity to urge the administration to recognize its obligations. He bemoaned the status of Ekiti’s roads and pleaded with the government to repair some of the state’s main thoroughfares.

Remember that ODF has been giving away free fuel to thousands of Okada riders (commercial motorcycle riders), minibus drivers (Alakoto), tricycle riders, private vehicle owners, and drivers in Ado Ekiti and its surrounding cities for the past ten years.

The goal of this program is to mitigate the impact of economic hardship and the elimination of gasoline subsidies.
