Biodun Okeowo Threatens Legal Action Over N50 Million Property Theft Allegation

Nollywood actress Biodun Okeowo, better known by her stage as Omoborty, has threatened to take legal action against a guy who publicly accused her of stealing a real estate promotion that she posted online.

The altercation reportedly started when Okeowo promoted a landed property on Instagram with a video.

She falsely claimed that the residence was worth ₦50 million.

She was swiftly corrected by her followers, who noted that actress Biola Bayo had previously advertised the identical mansion for ₦40 million.

A man who is thought to be in the film industry left a remark under Okeowo’s post amid the comments, accusing her of being a “thief agent.”

The actress was incensed by the remark and retaliated, promising to hold him accountable.

She insisted that the man needed to prove his claim because he didn’t know who owned the property.

Okeowo went on to say that she would make sure he was held accountable for his false accusation.

“That guy sitting next to Aunty Jaiye Kuti just called me a thief,” she claimed. He doesn’t even know who actually owns the land. You are going to be my scapegoat. Otherwise, you have to show that I’m a thief.
