The Chief of Air Staff, Isiaka Amao, has said the days of bandits and kidnappers terrorising the country are numbered as the Nigerian military is battle-ready to rid the nation of their nefarious activities.
Amao noted that the military had perfected plans, through synergy, that would deal criminal elements in the country a death blow.
He spoke yesterday during an operational visit to the Nigerian air force base in Kaduna state.
The air chief said the military efforts are geared towards beating the deadline given by President Buhari that the service chiefs must ensure that people go freely to their farms during the rainy season without any security threat.
“Our officers and men are ready for the battle against bandits and kidnappers,” he said.
