UNKNOWN gunmen have kidnapped Ann Unenge, the wife of Commissioner for Lands and Survey in Makurdi, the state capital.
Unenge was taken captive around 6pm yesterday, a relative told The Nation.

The victim had only returned from Daudu town where she went to visit her parents before she was waylaid.
Her vehicle, a Toyota Highlander, was reportedly taken away by the gunmen.
The newspaper said it gathered that the gunmen shot sporadically into the air to scare away passersby before driving away with their victim.
