Hon. Yusuf Zailani, Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, has praised the choice of Femi Gbajabiamila to serve as President Bola Tinubu’s chief of staff.
In a statement released on Friday in Kaduna by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ibrahim Danfulani, Zailani described the appointment as merit-based and well-deserved given the enviable background of the current Speaker of the House of Representatives in administration, diplomacy, and academia.
“I want to commend President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for choosing Rt Hon Femi Gbajabiamila as his new chief of staff,” the Speaker said.
“Considering his extensive knowledge, experience, and pedigree in administration and diplomacy at the national and international levels, this is unquestionably a wise choice.
“I have no doubt that he will use his wealth of knowledge and connections at the local, national, and international levels to provide Mr. President with the necessary support to carry out his mandate of moving the country forward.”
Zailani then prayed to Almighty God for guidance and wisdom as the new chief of staff carried out the difficult national assignment.
