An architectural tower with 15 stories has been built as the corporate headquarters for the Institute of Directors, Nigeria Chapter.
Dr. Ije Jidenma, President/Chairman of Council, Institute of Directors Nigeria, said the tower was a daring and forward-thinking project that balanced beauty, usefulness, and environmental sustainability.
She spoke on Tuesday at the tower’s Ikoyi foundation-laying ceremony.
According to Jidenma, when the tower is finished, Lagos will be forever changed, with a new standard for corporate and residential architecture. The IoD Tower is an exceptional representation of development and innovation due to its fusion of sophistication, modernity, and eco-consciousness.
She continued, “The IoD Tower stands out for its unwavering dedication to sustainability and environmental consciousness.
“The building has undergone meticulous design to satisfy and even exceed all required sustainable and environmental certifications.”
Dr. Olutoyin Okeowo, the chairman of the Institute of Directors’ Advisory, Technical Committee, stated that the search for a suitable headquarters for the Institute of Directors Nigeria began in 2011.
