Tinubu to take over as next ECOWAS chairman

The next ECOWAS (Economic Community of West African States) chairman is expected to be President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Recall that Tinubu departs from Abuja on Saturday before the Sunday summit of the regional political and economic bloc’s heads of state.

TheCable reports that the president of Nigeria will succeed Guinea-Bissau’s President Umaro Sissoco Embaló.
