Opara and a few other attorneys had charged Bichi with contempt for allegedly disobeying many court orders and judgements directing the release of Emefiele from the agency’s custody.
They requested that the court imprison Bichi for contempt after alleging that he had violated many orders releasing Mr. Emefiele.
