On Monday, President Bola Tinubu urged his newly appointed ministers to live up to Nigerians’ expectations.

to the inaugural event, which took place in the Conference Hall of the Presidential Villa, Tinubu yelled this to the crowd.

The ministers were chosen, he continued, based on their own experiences to carry on the nation-building process. He noted that the tasks ahead of them may be “quite intimidating,” but that the government remained steadfast in its determination to strive for the introduction of a Renewed Hope.

The majority of Nigerians are really hopeful, he remarked, “I believe we have them here. It is all about a fantastic squad. They have faith in your ability to deliver and serve with integrity. I’ll hold you accountable, the President continued.

While urging them to restore faith in governance so that the governed may have faith in government, the President advised the new ministers to realise that their duties began immediately.

“I sincerely welcome you to Renewed Hope’s management. I am the driver of this boat, which we are all in together. The entire nation of Nigeria is watching as we drive this car. We must work hard to live up to everyone’s expectations in Nigeria, he insisted.

Godswill Akpabio, president of the Senate, Tajudeen Abbas, speaker of the house of representatives, George Akume, secretary to the government of the federation, and Femi Gbajabiamila, chief of staff to the president, among other dignitaries, were present for the ceremony.
