Breaking: Terrorists Kidnap Nigerian Air Force Officer, Demand N10million After Issuing Three-Day Deadline
Along Birnin Gwari Road in Niger State, terrorists kidnapped an officer of the Nigerian Air Force named ACM Shuaibu Umar Bashir.
The terrorists reportedly sought a N10 million ransom from the officer’s family, according to family sources that SaharaReporters spoke with.
According to information, ACM Bashir was being taken hostage by terrorists while he was returning to his post to resume his duties.
“Neither the military nor the NAF officials have interacted with his family. He was returning to his post to finish up his work. He had been sent to the state of Niger. However, a family source claimed that he was taken hostage on Niger State’s Birnin Gwari Road.
Another source said, “He was taken on Sunday, and the military doesn’t seem to be doing anything to free him.”
Regarding the officer’s kidnapping, the NAF has not yet issued any formal statements or comments.
