The Board and Management team of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) have been officially inaugurated by President Bola Tinubu at the State House in Abuja.
The company’s new non-executive board chairman is Pius Akinyelure, according to reports.

As the Group Chief Executive Officer of the NNPCL, Mallam Mele Kyari remained in his role.
Included in the group are Ledum Mitee, a non-executive director, and Chief Financial Officer Alhaji Umar Isa Ajiya.
In addition, there is Mr. Okokon Ekanem Udo, Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Finance; Mr. Gabriel Aduda, Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources; Prof. Mustapha Aliyu; Mr. David Ogbodo; Ms. Eunice Thomas; and Mr. Musa Tumsa, Non-Executive Director.
