Two males, Gabriel Godwin and John Julius, had been, on Wednesday, arraigned earlier than a Kaduna Chief Magistrates’ Court docket for allegedly stealing property valued at N685,000 from a home.

Earlier, the Prosecutor, Chidi Leo, knowledgeable the court docket that the defendants dedicated the offences on February 16 at No. 3, Doka Road, Narayi, Kaduna.
Leo stated the defendants and two others at giant broke into the home of the complainant, Mr Aaron Okoro, and stole his property.
He stated the defendants and their accomplices stole some garments, valued at N240,000, jewelry, price N195,000 and two TV units, valued at N250,000.
The prosecutor acknowledged that in addition they broken the complainant’s door, price N50,000 whereas making an attempt to enter the home.
Based on him, the offences contravene the Penal Code of Kaduna State, 2017.
The Justice of the Peace, Ibrahim Emmanuel, granted the defendants bail within the sum of N100,000 every and two sureties every in like sum.
